Your Coach: Miles Davis

- Ex professional international downhill racer.

- Successfully competed in: Australian National series, US Norba series and selected World Cup rounds 1994-1998.

- Competed in National level cross country 1993-1998

- 2 x Dual Slalom National Champion

- Coaching since 1995 - Mountain Bike Academy, Sydney

- Fully qualified Mountain Biking Australia (MTBA) coach.

Coaching Strategy: must be fun, and focus on safety

- Evaluate current riding level
- Focus on body position and being relaxed on the bike
- Bike set up
- Working on following techniques:
- Riding on rough surfaces (up and downhill)
- Down steep slopes (relative to ability and confidence)
- Cornering
- Braking
- Line selection / vision

What to bring:

- bike is good working order (hire bikes available)

- helmet (open or full face)

- shoes to ride your bike in

Vitals:

- Choose from a 3 or 4 hour lesson

- Location: either Falls Creek or Bright

- Suitable for all ages

- Check-in 15 minutes prior to your lesson

Price for up to 2 riders:

3 hours: $285

4 hours: $355
